When the crystals arrived, I was quietly hopeful — not expecting anything immediate, but open to the possibility of support.
I placed them near me, let them settle into my space, and went on with my days.
Looking back now, I think the shift began more subtly than I realized.
Maybe it was the timing — the days around the winter solstice, a series of visits to sacred places, and the quiet energy that often surrounds those transitions.
About two or three weeks in, I noticed something.
Visions that had once only come in dreams began to appear while I was awake — gentle, but vivid.
Not as flashes or symbols, but as felt images, like glimpses from somewhere just behind the eyes.
I brought one of these crystals with me on a quiet trip to Ise — a land of reverence and ancient rhythms.
First, not to the grand shrine itself, but to Futami Okitama Shrine, a sacred spot by the sea where people once came to purify themselves before visiting Ise Jingu.
After standing by the shrine, I felt drawn toward the water—not for any planned reason, just a quiet pull.
I even missed a bus on purpose, just to get closer to the water.
I placed the crystal in the sea at Futami Okitama — only later learning that pilgrims used to purify themselves there before entering the sacred grounds.
It felt like the stone already knew.
Later, I laid them gently at the roots of a tree I’d been guided to — a tree said to be home to spirits just outside Geku, the Outer Shrine of Ise Jingu dedicated to the guardian of food, clothing, and shelter.
The moment didn’t feel like a ceremony. It felt natural, like returning something to where it came from.
Since then, I can’t say something has changed dramatically —
but I did feel a sense of clarity, like the stone had settled more deeply into its place with me.
Whether it was simply a cleansing, or a quiet kind of recharge, it felt right.
And sometimes, that’s more than enough.
